  • .25 mile swim in prestine cedar lake water. The course is marked with numerous orange bouys, lifeguards, row boats, paddle boats, motorboats, the rescue/dive team...The 10.2 mile bike follows the swim. These roads are closed to vehicular traffic and is an out and back on a flat course. The 3.2 mile run is the final leg which wraps around the residential community. Mile markers every mile and there are at least 4 waterstops on the course.
  • Lake Lenape Triathlon1.25 mile swim followed by a 10.2 mile bike, ending with a 3.2 mike run.
