2014 COUCH POTATO TRIATHLON:
• The Hays Recreation Commission in conjunction with Papa Murphy’s Take ‘n’ Bake Pizza, is proud to bring back our Couch Potato Triathlon.
• Whether you are training for a triathlon or just looking to experience a fun and challenging workout? You can join us at the Hays Aquatic Park for the Triathlon.
• The race consists of a 300 meter swim, 1.5 mile run, and a 5k bike.
• All participants will receive a t-shirt.
• Prizes will be awarded to the winner of each division (divisions set based on registrations).

• $18.00
• $22.00 entry fee after June 11
