Course Information:
Swim, 1 mile, lake.
Bike, 26 miles, very scenic including a ride along the west side where you may see resident Orcas and through British Camp, one of two National Parks on the island. Challenging course. No hill too long, but lots of them.
Run, 6.2 miles, rolling, rural and right by San Juan Vineyards.
