2014 Rio Rancho Kids Only Triathlon:
The Kids Tri, is a great way for children to participate in a sport which incorporates three activities children love to do: Swimming, Biking and Running.
This is the only triathlon in New Mexico dedicated solely for children.
Children from 3 years old to 12 years old will participate in three legs (in this order): swim, bike, run.
The correct date for this event is Saturday, May 17, 2014.

kids can move up a category based on ability
Ages 3-5:
25M swim (1 pool length), 400m bike, 200m run
Ages 6-9:
50M swim (1 lap), 1 mile bike, 0.5 mile run
Ages 10-12:
100M swim (2 laps), 2 mile bike, 1 mile run
