Three-person relay teams are welcomed in both the sprint and olympic races. Teams will compete in female, male, and co-ed divisions in each race.
The olympic race will begin first, with the sprint race starting shortly after. The number of entrants in each age group and gender will determine the number of starting waves. Final start times and wave details will be sent out to athletes a week prior to the event.
In addition to finisher medals, awards will be given out to athletes that place overall and in their age groups. There is no double-dipping.
