2014 Team Magic LJCC Indoor Triathlon:
Time is the predetermined factor, not distance.
55 minutes of racing:
15 minutes pool swimming
20 minutes spin biking
20 minutes of treadmill running.
Each participant is given 10 minutes for changing from the swim to the bike and 5 minutes to move from the bike to the run.
Transitions times are not included in the total time; therefore the most distance completed rather than the shortest time covering a distance determines the best performance.
