SEAL Training Academy has its roots in the original Navy SEAL pre BUD/s program. STA has over 14 years of experience with Navy SEALs and Special Ops instructors and is the leader in civilian military training.
Mini-BUD/S Challenge 6 hours
The SEAL Training Academys foundation is the original BUD/s preparation course started in 1998 by SEAL team 6 Chief Warrant Officer, Don Mann. This 6-hour challenge is a taste of the standard of mental and physical conditioning necessary for success at Spec Ops schools. The Mini-BUD/S Challenge packs the infamous Navy SEAL Hell Week, along with many additional training evolutions from other Special Forces Ops schools, into a single 6 hour event. All SEAL training evolutions are built to challenge a participant mentally and physically. You are pushed beyond your mental and physical limits and learn you can exceed what you once perceived as your limitations.
10:00am 11:30am: Pool Evolutions
11:30am 12:00pm: Transition to Half Moon Bay
12:30pm 1:30pm: Surf Passage, Beach PT
1:30pm 2:30pm: Beach Run
2:30pm 3:30pm: ATW
3:30pm 4:00pm: Beach PT
