Swim*Obstacle Course*Bike. We are blending a Sprint Triathlon with an Obstacle Course. This is not your typical triathlon. Your swim will be interrupted, your stride with be interrupted with 3 mile 100+ obstacle course, and then you'll take your muddy wet self onto your bike to finish off with approx. 12 miles. Bike course is on paved roads, so either mountain or road bike will be fine. www.thefugitiverun.com
