The 2014 Celebrating Heroes Triathlon is an inspirational sprint triathlon taking place amid the rolling countryside of Howard County, MD. Join us in July to celebrate the birth of our nation's independence, and applaud the spirit of the American Hero. TriColumbia salutes the many heroes that make our nation great; from military veterans, wounded warriors, and first responders to everyday unsung heroes who go out of their way to selflessly lend a hand to provide hope and help to those in need.
* Sprint Triathlon & Open water swim events: Timed 1.0 mile open water swim 1.0; Supported .65 mile
*Triathlon Distance: .62mi Swim - 16mi Bike - 3.4mi Run
*Swimfest Distance: .62mi and 1mi Swimfest
