Event includes: 10 minute swim, 30 minute bike on Keiser cycling bikes, and 20 minutes run on treadmill. Your performance in each event will be converted into points and tabulated for the final results. Each participant will receive a t-shirt, and lunch following the race. There will be an overall male and female winner and medals will be given to the first 3 places in each age group. Limited to the first 72 entrants.
