Course Information:
Swim:
- 500 meter swim is a clockwise triangle in Bowman Lake - a naturally occurring spring-fed sand a gravel bottom lake which tests cleaner than the potable water in the lodge most times of year.
Transition Area:
- The transition area is located on a rough asphalt parking area.
Bike:
- The Bike is on some of the areas smoothest and fastest roads wrapping around the areas quarries.
Run:
- The run is a simple, flat and fast out and back.
