Join us for an efficient and focused mid-day swim workout. All
workouts include a blend of stroke drills with a learning objective each
week, a challenging main set, and technique feedback. Sessions are led
by one of the experienced and encouraging Tri Faster coaches.
We do ask that you can swim 2 lengths of the pool at any speed.
Otherwise, swimmers of all abilities are welcomed and encouraged to
attend. You will be paired with swimmers of like ability in your lane.
To date over 2000 swimmers and triathletes have improved their swimming
following Tri Faster's Swim Faster approach to swimming.
