Don't miss out on this early season event! Not only for the experienced athlete, those newcomers to the sport can literally get their feet wet with this fantastic race. Start off with a 350 meter pool swim located in the beautiful Upper Dublin High School Athletic Complex then head out into beautiful Fort Washington, PA for a 11.2 mile bike and 5k run.
Not a swimmer? Register for the duathlon and enjoy a 2 mile run followed by the 11.2 mile bike and finished off with the 5k run.
Not a runner? An aquabike, consisting of the 350 meter swim and 11.2 mile bike is also offered for those athletes who choose not to include the run.
Want to race with friends as a team? Sign up as a coed, male or female relay!!!! There's something for everyone!

Time Trial Start (Athletes enter the water every 15 seconds)
350 meter pool swim (10 lengths of the pool, serpent-style swim, down one lane, back the next.)
11.2 mile bike (Two 5.6 mile loops)
