2010 Spring Fling Triathlon:
Course Information:
Sprint Triathlon:
The swim is 10 laps in the school pool, snake swim.
The bike is fairly flat with a few rolling hills through the middle.
The 3 mile run has 1 hill.
Kid's Triathlon: (determined by age) 7 - 10: Swim 50 yards, Bike 1.4 mile, Run 12 mile
11-14: Swim 100 yards, Bike 3.1 miles, Run 1 mile
Kid's Triathlon: (determined by age)
Directions:
Take Rt. 3 to exit 32. Follow Drum Hill Rd to the Rourke Bridge. Go over the bridge and take a left, the school is approx. 1 mile on the right.
