Come get Tweak'ed! Use our Endless Pools, Computrainer, and Treadmills along with our motion analysis video software to improve your technique in all three disciplines. Also, get a DVD to look at what you need to work on before your workouts.
Course Information:
Endless Pool - 20 minutes
Computrainer - 20 minutes
Treadmill - 20 minutes
Athletes will start in pool one at a time, then rotate through the remaining stations.
