Format: Swim: 10 minutes Bike: 30 minutes Run: 20 minutes *There will be a 10 minute transition period between swim/bike, 5 minute transition between bike/run
There will be 4 heats run throughout the afternoon, starting at 2:00PM. Heats will begin every 40 minutes. Each heat will have up to 4 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Heat times: 2:00pm (finishing 3:15pm) 2:40pm (finishing 3:55pm) 3:20pm (finishing 4:35pm) 4:00pm (finishing 5:15pm)
Volunteers will be stationed at the pool, by the bikes, and by the treadmills to keep track of each individuals distance covered in each event. The volunteers will track how far each person swims in 10 minutes, the mileage on the spin bikes after 30 minutes, and the mileage on the treadmills after 20 minutes. We will then rank all the participants for overall placement.
