2014 Newington Bicycle Indoor Triathlon at Eastern Connecticut State University:
Course Information:
The 20 minute swim will be held in a 6 lane 25 yard pool
The bike will be 20 minutes long (please bring your own bike) and will be done on the participant's own bike using Cycleops Super Magneto Pro Trainers.
There will then be a 10 minute transition to the run
The run will be 20 minutes long as well and will be contested on a 1/10th of a mile track
