Spring Session I: (SS1) Moving beyond Foundation 6:30-7:30pm

February 17th through March 28th, 2010 (6 weeks)
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30pm-7:30pm. This session progresses from Winter II. While continuing to work on the foundation, this session will focus on development of riding with greater intensity thus raising ones latic acid threshold. The class is designed for riders of all levels looking to get ready for their seasons or the individual looking for a challenging ride. Zones are established to ensure that each rider is training at his/her correct heart rate and/or power zones and also to measure progress from the winter sessions. Session size is limited. Other days and times available; M/W 6:45-7:45, T/TH 5:30-6:30 and Saturday(2hr) 7:30-9:30 and Sunday(3+hour) 7:30-12:30.
