Runners will begin in timed waves, with the first wave beginning at 9am. Wave times will be emailed to all registered runners prior to the race date.

Race type: 5k and 1 mile fun run

Costs: Kids: $20 (includes Tshirt)

Adults: $25 (includes Tshirt)

Teams: $20 per member (includes Tshirt); must have a minimum of three (3) members.(Teams are a way for groups of racers to save money and just race as part of a group. 5k teams often wear matching outfits or costumes with a team name theyve made up, so this is a great chance to get creative and get noticed at the race!)

The 1 Mile Fun Run is for children 11 and under. There will not be zombies on this course. If your child is older and you prefer to have them run this race please notify the gym. If you child is under 11 but wants to try their odds against the zombies we welcome them to run the 5k.

Xtreme Zombie Run is a 5K obstacle fun run for the end of times. But youre not just running against the clock you are running from flesh-eating, virus-spreading, zombies.

Xtreme Zombie Run is advanced training for the coming Zombie Apocalypse. Participants will use speed, agility, and their intact brains to overcome obstacles and avoid flesh-eating Zombies.

Basic Survival

Before the race, you will be given a flag belt These flags represent your health.

The zombies want to get you and to take your flags
If you lose all your health flags, the zombies win!

What you are up against:

Throughout the 5K obstacle race, there will be a series of man-made and natural obstacles for you to complete.
There will be zombies. They will chase you and try to get you, going after your belt of flags, which represent your health. Avoid the zombies to keep your health flags.
Use speed, strategy and your intact brains to make it to the FINISH LINE alive with at least ONE FLAG INTACT. If you finish with zero health flags, this means the zombies have successfully transformed you into the undead.
