The Lansdale YMCA will be partnering with PAL (Police
Activities League) to hold its First annual kids and family
Triathlon. Children and Parents will have blast cheering each
other on as they Swim, Bike, and Run their way to glory.
Participants can register both at the Lansdale YMCA and on
the Lin-mark website at Lin-Mark.com. More details will be
