2013 DU GOOD Duathlon - (Aquathlon):
- This is a great way to close out your race season, and a friendly way to get introduce to multi-sport competition!
- Distance opportunities for the whole family!
Course Information:
- Swim is completed first in a heated indoor pool. Individual lanes.
- Run will take place immediately following personal completion of swim.
- Adults run around school grounds, limited time on actual roadway, but 98% paved.
- Kids' runs will take place on HS track, or blocked off parking lot.
Directions:
- 1/2 mile east of US66 (State Rd) in Ionia, on Tuttle rd.
- Pool is in the HS.
