This indoor cycling class is designed for females of all levels looking to build a strong foundation for the 2010 triathlon season. The focus of the class is on developing proper riding technique, increasing your bodys ability to burn fat for energy and building aerobic endurance. Class includes testing to determine each participants proper training zones.
