Ages 13+ will start at 7:00am (500 yard swim - 10.25 mile bike 3 mile walk/run)
Ages 8 12 will start at 8:00am (200 yard swim - 2 mile bike 1 mile run)
Ages 5 7 will start at 8:30am (100 yard swim 500 yard bike 200 yard run)
