- Swim through Rainbow Lake, bike through the beautiful countryside, and run through the suburbs of the city.
Course Information:
The Rush Triathlon begins at Wakeside Lake, just outside the city limits of Rexburg, Idaho. After swimming the open water course, jump onto your bike for a race through the potato and grain fields of southeast Idaho. The bike course takes you back into Rexburg where the run begins. The run is a mix of asphalt and hillside trail, winding through Rexburg, out into the farm land, and back.
