The safety of all participants is our top priority.  No participant has to attempt an obstacle they do not feel they can do safely.  Participants that fail an obstacle or choose to pass, will have a penalty exercise to complete.  Penalty may include Burpees or other another activity.

The first event will be self-timed.  Clocks will be available for you to look at.  The spirit of the event will be to complete as many obstacles as possible and also to assist others as you proceed.

We may try to keep track of who completed all of the obstacles and what their time was.  Our goal for this first event is to give you great obstacles, a great run, and a great time.

The first loop will be over 2 miles and the second loop will be 1 mile long.  The last half mile will be spent snaking through Case Creek.  This will be a great opportunity to get cleaned off.

Note:  If dangerous high water is present, we will not run through Case Creek.

• Race will only be postponed if conditions are unsafe.  We will do our best to have the race on the day scheduled, rain or shine.

• Runners start every 20 minutes between 8:00 and 4:00

• Arrive 45 minutes before your time for check in.  Photo ID required.

• There will be no team signup at our first event, but you can certainly run as a team.

• There will be certain areas where spectators can watch.  There will be at least 5 obstacles in the main area.  There will be a 1/2 mile walk to watch the monkey bars over water event, if you really want to see it.  Watching runners in the woods isnt really feasible.  The following obstacles will probably be in the main area:  Cargo Net Climb, Tire Wall, Ninja Scaling Wall, Weight Lift and Ninja Jump Boxes.
