The makers of the Xtreme Muck Ruck,
Michigan's "Toughest Mud You'll Ever Love", presents their small 5K
Challenge series called the XMR 5K. It is a 5K with our signature twist
of physical and mental challenges that push "YOU" the racer to reach a
higher level of confidence and accomplishment. This signature race is
strictly limited to the first 250 racers and will be the pilot race to
our smaller 5K series starting in Michigan. All participants will be
provided water, bananas, T-shirt and our unique blend of Xtreme Fitness.
Course Information:
The course is designed with an off-road 5K run incorporated with several points with physical challenges to give a small taste of real mental and physical endurance. We do not time any of our events as we feel the greatest challenge is the one-on-one personal drive and strive for accomplishment every runner has with themselves. Our events to not compete runner vs runner and promote a team spirited event centered around health and fitness awareness.
