This 5-hour learn as you train clinic is ideal for athletes preparing for long distance triathlons in 2008 (half or full Ironman events). The topic is, "Building a Strong Triathlete". This clinic is limited to 15 athletes to ensure a great learning environment for all athletes.

Course Information:
Learn from professional triathlete and physical therapist, Lauren Jensen. The clinic will include a lecture and exercise instruction in must-do strength training for triathletes, instruction in strength building swimming drills, a hill repeat run session and a strength based bike workout. Best to come rested to this clinic. Lauren has posted four top 3 Overall Ironman finishes and has an Ironman PR of 9:49. More importantly, she is a very experienced triathlon coach who will help you achieve great race results in 2008.
