2010 Enka Triathlon at Biltmore Lake:
  • Triathlon racing in Asheville returns to the beautiful Biltmore Lake community for the 3rd Enka Triathlon at Biltmore Lake. 
  • The race is  part of the Try Sports Endurance Series of Set Up Events.

    • Course Information:

  • The swim takes place in the private Enka Lake where motorized vehicles are not permitted.
  • The bike course is scenic and challenging on two lane roads throughout the Beaverdam and Hominy communities of Buncombe County. The course features two moderate climbs at the 3 and 11 mile marks.
  • The run takes place primarily on the trail that circles Enka Lane except for a one-mile loop in a the neighborhood adjacent to the lake.
