The triathlon features a .25 mile swim, followed by a 11 mile bike with no road crossings and an entire lane closed to traffic, then finishes with a 3.3 mile closed course run.

COURSE INFORMATION

The swim course is in open water and is is 14 mile.

The bike course starts around the outer lane of the street inside the park and exits south on Flamingo to Pines. Riders will head west on Pines to the first right turn and continue staying on the right as they circle around the outside of the park. We turn right at all intersections and all roads have 2 or more lanes, so the course is extremely safe even though it goes outside of the park. The bike course is 5.5 miles and we will do 2 laps.

The run course goes along the inner lane of the street around the lake. There will be 2 laps here as well to make 3.3 miles.

Directions:

Take I-75 to the Pines Boulevard exit.

Go east 2 stoplights to Flamingo.

Turn left on Flamingo.

The entrance to CB Smith Park will be on your left.
