Three session of small group instruction based upon Total Immersion methods designed to get you swimming improved freestyle in a few hours. For swimmers that are just learning or want to improve freestyle for triathlons or for fun. Coach is in the water with you. If scheduling is a problem you can take session #2 or #3 at a later date subject to available space at future workshops.
Yes. Participants must practice once or twice per week between sessions if they expect to make progress.
Athletes can "make up" session #2 or session #3 at a later class, subject to available space.Private sessions are also available.
This class is for beginning and intermediate swimmers or any one that wants to learn the Total Immersion Swimming Technique. Students need only to be able to comfortably put their face in the water.
You can register here for the July, August, September, October and November Workshops. Dates are: June 7,14 & 21 9-11AM. July7,14,21 1-3PM. August 4,11,18 1-3PM. September 6,13, 20 9-11AM. October 13,20,27 1-3PM and November 3,10 and 17, 1-3PM.
If you can't register for the class you want, send Ingrid an email as there are sometimes cancellations. Chances are good that Ingrid will be able to accomidate you.
This clinic takes place in 3 consecutive weeks. Limited to just 3 participants. Participants receive a written analysis of their stroke with instructions for continued improvement. Video analysis is available for an additional $100. Space is limited to assure you get lots of attention so enroll early. These workshops usually sell out.
