2013 Great Floridian Triathlon & Aquabike:

  • The Great Floridian Ttriathlon Ultra is the second oldest iron-distance race in the continental United States and features a 2.4 mile swim; 112 mile bike, and a 26.2 mile run.
  • Individual, Aqua-Bike, and two & three person relay team competition is available for both the intermediate and ultra distances.
  • Race just the swim and bike segments of either the Ultra or Long Course races.
  • The Aqua Bike is a great training race for those of you participating in an upcoming long distance triathlon or run, or for those of you who cannot run due to injury.

    Our course proves that not all of Florida is flat!
  • Ultra Distance: 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run
  • Intermediate Distance: 1.24 mile (2k) swim, 38 mile (62k) bike, 9.3 mile (15k) run
  • Aqua Bike Ultra: 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike
  • Open Water Swims: 2k or 2.4 mile swim

  • Clermont is located 20 minutes west of Orlando at the intersection of US HWY 27 and State Road 50.
  • From State Road 50 in Clermont, take East Avenue north one mile to Palm Avenue and the entrance to Waterfront Park.
  • Waterfront Park is on the southern shores of Lake Minneola.
