    • Course Information:

  • The swim is a 300 yard pool swim in the UNCW natatorium.
  • The Bike course is flat and takes place on the UNCW campus and also on the quiet neighborhood roads that surround the UNCW campus.
  • The 5K run is out & back, totally on the UNCW campus sidewalk system.
