This is a triathlon clinic is designed for the first time or beginner triathlete. It will cover the basic skills and techniques in swimming, cycling, running and transitioning. The rules and regulations of triathlon will be covered in this clinic as well as giving you plenty of time to practice the skills under the supervision and guidance of a USAT certified coach. This is a two day (16 hr) clinic 1/30 and 1/31. Fee includes lunch both days.
