2013 RCRC White Squirrel Triathlon:
The RCRC White Squirrel Triathlon is a sprint / beginner level event focusing on fun and fitness for participants.
Course Information:
SWIM:
outdoor in ground pool with swim lane depth 4'3" to 4'9" - you can walk if you want!
BIKE:
HELMETS required - route does have a few hills - but they're all together, so once you turn your bike back it's smooth sailing!
RUN:
in town making a loop through Cemetery to City Park (watch for the white squirrels!) and back - you can walk here too if you want!

The event is open to individuals born in 2001 or earlier. For the 2013 event, Richland County youth born 1995 2001 participate for FREE (registration fee waived).
Age groupers (individuals) are broken into 5 year age groups for award purposes
Zeus / Xena categories are optional! No one is going to ask what you weigh!
o Zeus = males weighing 200 lbs or more
o Xena = females weighing 150 lbs or more
Teams may be 2 or 3 persons and may be male, female, or coed
