Limitless Endurance will be offering two Open Water Swim Clinics and training swims in 2013. Topics covered in the clinic, include: open water swimming skills and techniques, buoy turn approach and technique, drafting/draft position in open water, open water sighting, and wave start positioning.
The clinic will be followed by optional open water swims, in the following distances: 500m, 1,000m, 1.2 mile, and 2.4 mile. Participants will be provided a bright swim cap. Swim will be monitored by kayaks.

- On land discussion of: dry land warm up techniques, open water swim technique in different weather/water situations
- In water discussion and practice: buoy turn approach and technique, drafting/draft position in open water, open water sighting, and wave start positioning
9AM
- 1.2 mile/2.4 mile swims begin

- 500m/1,000m swim
