2013 Spamtown Triathlon:
This triathlon consists of a 500 yard swim, 13 mile bike and 5K run.
The swim portion of the triathlon will take place in the Y pool while the bike and run portions will take place outside.
500 yards is 20 lengths of the pool and the participants will be sent off in waves according to the fastest to slowest swim times.
Participants may complete as individuals or as 2 or 3 person teams (all males, all females or co-ed).
This event will be chip timed.
