All of our Multi-Week Training Programs span the spring and summer of 2012 and meet twice per week on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings to prepare athletes for the mid-summer triathlon season.
Our programs offer the following key components: Triathlon basics transitions, gear, race day preparation and strategy Full training plan that maps out what your workouts are each week Open water swim coaching Cycling workshops Running skills Nutrition Injury prevention Group social events Vendor discounts and more
Our training program kick off event is Wednesday, April 22 at the Mandell JCC from 6-8pm.
