annual CBS 5K Run for Research is coming up on Sunday, April 21st!
Register now to participate in the competitive, casual, fun, intense
(whatever you want it to be) 5k with music, prizes, and refreshments,
ALL WHILE BENEFITING THE NATIONAL MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS SOCIETY! The race
begins at 1:00pm!
Online registration is open until April 17th and consists of a $15 PayPal donation. Your entire donation goes to the MS Society. Plus, you get a FREE T-Shirt and $10 gift card with a chance to win many other great prizes that include:
a chance to win "bread for a year" from Panera, one of two FREE 10 sessions of bootcamp or zumba ($240 value) at Healthy Training, LLC, and many other great prizes!

The race takes place on the beautiful East and West banks connected by Washington Ave. bridge over the Mississippi on the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities campus.
