Course Information:
The swim is in a lake. Very spectator friendly and well supported by kayaks and lifeguards.
The bike is on country roads. The course is slightly hilly but fast. Each major intersection and turn around will be traffic controlled with directional assistance.
The run course is flat and fast. Aid stations will be located approximately every 1 mile. Each aid station is equipped with water and Powerade.
The course officially closes at 1pm for all participants.
