Swim (375M): Taking place in the beach town of Kure Beach, participants start in the ocean with a 375 M swim.
Run (1.5Mi): Following the swim, the course takes participants on a 1.5 mile run through Kure Beach neighborhoods with parks, gardens and colorful beach houses.
Bike (20K): The bike takes participants down Dow Road, which is shaded by trees. It starts in front of Kure Beach Town Hall with a turnaround at the Carolina Beach Fire Department. It will consist of two hairpin turns.
Run (1.5Mi): The second run is the first run in reverse ending on the beach.
Swim (375M): The course ends with a final swim in the ocean.
