The race features a distance short enough for that early-season race. Take on the course alone or team up with friends as a 3-person team.

A sprint triathlon is perfect for your first triathlon or just another notch on your fuel belt.

All proceeds benefit student scholarships at Miami University.

Course Information:

The Miami University Student Foundation decided to upgrade the previous Bike Race to a sprint triathlon in 2006.

Following the successes of their first three triathlons, MUSF is pleased to announce the date for this year's event.

The 4th annual triathlon tests contestants in three areas of physical skill: swimming, biking, and running.

Miami University Student Foundation has been working closely with HFP Racing to host one of the premier triathlons offered by a university.

The course will consist of a 400 meter swim in the world-class 50-meter Recreational pool, followed by a 21.5K rolling bike ride and ending with a scenic 5K run.

Directions:

To Oxford
State Route 27 and State Route 73 are the main highways to Oxford.

From the northeast:
I-70 to State Route 127 south* to State Route 73 west

From the northwest:
I-70 to State Route 27 south

From the south:
I-275 to State Route 27 north

From the southwest:
I-74 to I-275 north/east to State Route 27 north

From the east and north:
I-75 to State Route 73 west
I-70 to State Route 127 south* to 73 west

Registration & Packet Pick-up

Packet pick-up (NO REGISTRATION - EVENT IS SOLD OUT) is on Friday, April 16 at the Miami University Recreation Center from 4:00pm to 10:00pm.

Race packets can also be picked up on race morning from 6:00am to 7:15am. There is NO REGISTRATION on race day - packet pickup only!

Pool warmups begin at 6:30am and close at 7:10am. There is a mandatory pre-race meeting at 7:15am pool-side.

Timing Chip Pick-up

Timing chip pick-up is Saturday (race day) from 6:00am - 7:30am

*You must wear a chip in order to be timed and receive results after the event.
*You will be charged $30 for each lost or non-returned chip.

Race Packets

Each participant will receive a goodie bag with sponsor information, water bottle and your race t-shirt.
