For this 5K Race, each runner will weigh in with all the gear they plan to run in. After they finish the race, we will then take their weight and divide it by their final race time to find out each racer's PFP #. This number is a measure of power production. In turn meaning the racer with the largest PFP # has produced the most power and will be crowned our winner!

The trail for our run is a 1 mile loop surrounding the school grounds that can be seen on the map in a light gray line. .

Medals will be awarded to the top 3 men, women and non-binary finishers of our race! As racers finish the race, PFP #'s will be calculated and awards will be presented at noon. There will also be special awards presented day of for a variety of accomplishments.All ages are welcome to compete!
BBQ lunch may be purchased from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm
Music will be playing the entire time!
