Age 7 & under: 50 meter swim, 1.2 mi. bike, 1/4 mi. run
Age 8-9: 100 meter swim, 2 mi. bike, 1/2 mi. run
Age 10-12: 100 meter swim, 2 mi. bike, 1/2 mi. run
Age 13-17: 200 meter swim, 3.6 mi. bike, 1 mi. run

From Route 422:
- Take the Lyndora Exit
- At the traffic light, turn left onto New Castle Rd. (Route 356)
- At the 4th traffic light, turn left onto Alameda Park Rd.
From Interstate 79 NORTH
- Take Exit 29, Butler Exit
- Turn left onto Route 422 East toward Kittanning
- Take the Lyndora Exit
- At the traffic light, turn left onto New Castle Rd. (Route 356)
- At the 4th traffic light, turn left onto Alameda Park Rd.
From Route 8 SOUTH
- Follow Route 8 North to the Lyndora Exit. (Hansen Ave.) You must be in the left lane to exit into Lyndora
- Follow Hansen Ave. until it "t's" with New Castle Rd. (Route 356). At the traffic light, turn left.
- At the 4th traffic light on New Castle Road, turn right onto Alameda Park Road.
Other Info:
Bike helmets and shoes must be worn
Parent/guardian should be available to assist with transitions
Check-in begins at 7am
