A Splash and Dash is a fun and fast-growing sport that combines running and swimming. The Pound Ridge Splash and Dash is open to boys and girls between the ages of 7-15. It is designed to be a fun introduction to the world of multisport. Each competitor will receive a shirt upon completion of the event. Ages 7-10 swim 100 meters/run 1K Ages 11-15 swim 200 meters/run 2K Entire course is closed to traffic and is within the confines of the Pound Ridge town park.
