Then you should sign up for this PRACTICE MINI TRIATHLON.

Course Information:

Coaches will be available for swim, bike, run and transitioning.

If you are a beginner or just have questions, coaches will be doing a brief clinic starting at 7:20am.

Quarter mile bay swim, 12 mile bike, 3 mile run
