The LG Sprint Tri is a 500 yard pool swim in the outdoor Eagle Pool followed by a 12-mile bike loop down scenic Brush Creek Road, to Adams Rib and back to the transition area. The third leg is a 5k run from the pool down the bike path to Eagle Ranch Road, connecting to the Eagle Ranch bike path, and back to the Eagle pool for the finish. Race elevation is 6,600 feet above sea level .
