This annual event is held at Moraine State Park in Slippery Rock, PA. Check-in from 6:30am until 7:30am. Race starts promptly at 7:45am. Must be 16 years or older to participate. Participants must supply their own bike and helmet. Bike helmets are required, no exceptions. No times will be recorded after noon. Swimming caps will be provided and must be worn. Early registration available from March 18 through June 26, 2013. Finish line services provided by The Runner's High.
Course Information:
90% of the swim portionn will take place in lake water deeper than six feet.
