Pre & Post on the Coast presents "Tri the Coast," a non-competitive sprint triathlon. The event is open to all participants 18 years of age and older. The event is great for those who are new to triathlons as well as for the seasoned triathlete looking to practice for upcoming events. Tri the Coast allows families to participate in the run and bike portions of the event with their children. Strollers and bike trailers are welcome!
