Time and Date: Advanced registration deadline is June 26th at 10pm. After that registrations will be accepted on the day of the event for an additional fee. See below for details. (All athletes are required to attend the pre-race briefing at 8:30am) NEW! This year we will have a longer course to go along with our sprint. Sprint: 800m swim, 11k bike, 5k run

The distances are approximately: Sprint Swim: 800m Bike: 12k (Distance and route may change this year) Run: 5k Standard: Swim:1500m Bike: 20-30k Run: 10k At this time of year lake surface water temperatures can reach into the low 70's. However it is impossible to accurately predict the water conditions in advance, because they can change dramatically with weather conditions. Wetsuits are not required but athletes are advised to bring one on race day, even if they think they will not need it. | ||||||||||||
