The Birmingham Track Club is proud to host the 35th annual Adam's Heart Runs. The 5k, 10k, and 10 mile road runs will be held on the roads at Oak Mt. State Park.
The 10 mile course is a USATF certified course and is perfect for setting a new age group record.
The 5k and 10k also wind through the park so there is amazing scenery and minimal traffic.
